The Fashion Founder program is designed for current and future brand founders who aim to build, launch, and scale successful fashion businesses. Covering the full journey from concept to market, the program provides a structured and practical understanding of the global fashion industry and the strategic positioning of a brand.

The program runs for 8 months and is structured into specialized modules, each taught by leading professionals from both international and local fashion industry environments. Principal course languages are English and Armenian, making the program accessible to everyone.

What will you gain?

Students learn to define a strong brand identity, develop positioning and pricing strategies, and create a professional Brand Book. They also gain skills in collection planning, cost calculation, production models, and product quality, turning their ideas into commercially demanded products.

The program also covers omnichannel sales strategies, e-commerce setup, retail and wholesale systems, and the use of AI-driven tools for marketing and growth. In addition, students develop financial models and understand key legal and operational foundations.

By graduation, students gain the creative vision, strategic insight, and practical expertise required to confidently launch and grow their own fashion label in the competitive global market.

What You Will Learn

The program consists of 8 core modules:

Module 1 — Global Fashion Market & Consumer Intelligence

Understanding the global fashion system, consumer behavior, segmentation models, competitor mapping, trend forecasting tools, cultural intelligence, and market opportunity analysis.

Module 2 — Brand Strategy & Identity Development

Brand DNA, emotional positioning, visual identity systems, brand architecture, pricing strategy, competitive advantage, and brand worlds.

Practical Assignment: Brand Book

Module 3 — Product Development & Collection Planning

Collection structure, fabric research, tech pack fundamentals, prototyping, production models, costing & COGS, and quality control.

Practical Assignment: Mini Collection

Module 4 — Omnichannel Sales & E-Commerce

Retail and wholesale strategy, showrooms and line sheets, e-commerce UX, store setup, marketplace strategy, logistics and fulfillment.

Practical Assignment: Channel Strategy

Module 5 — AI-Driven Content & Growth

AI in fashion marketing, AI-assisted content creation, virtual models and AI influencers, AI-powered CRM and personalization, paid ads optimization, AI trend scanning, and ethical AI use.

Practical Assignment: AI Campaign

Module 6 — Fashion Finance, Legal & Operations

Fashion finance fundamentals, pricing and profit models, inventory and cash flow management, funding options, intellectual property, contracts, and risk & compliance.

Practical Assignment: Financial Model

Module 7 — Practical Application & Final Project

At the end of the program, students choose one of two tracks:

Track A — Business Plan for an Existing Collection
Track B — Development of a New Capsule Collection (6–8 looks)
